Box Office Sales Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Box Office Sales Associate to join our team at XL Center. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while selling tickets to various events.
Job Responsibilities:
- • Assist guests in purchasing tickets to various events held at XL Center
- • Provide accurate information to guests about upcoming events, including dates, times, ticket prices, discounts, and seating options
- • Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently, whether cash or credit card
- • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
- • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of events
Requirements:
- • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with web-based customer service software
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
- • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail environment an asset
Compensation and Benefits:
