Job Summary

As a RN Home Health Part Time Position with Mercy, you will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under the direction of a physician. This role requires assessment, planning, implementation, documentation, evaluation, and teaching patient needs and care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
  • Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and education
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of Missouri
  • Experience in home health or related field preferred
  • Graduation from accredited nursing school
  • BLS CPR Certification through American Heart Association
