Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Audwin S. Rowe Insurance Agency, Inc.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Respond to routine telephone calls and inquiries
  • Prepare reports, records, and information as requested by agents
  • Establish and maintain accurate and organized files
  • Requisition supplies and materials as needed
  • Assist in training and development of less experienced staff

Requirements:

  • Experience in a variety of office support positions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of secretarial and applicable office procedures
  • Demonstrated knowledge of operational procedures associated with terminals, personal computers, and other peripheral equipment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and syntax applicable to the preparation of keyed materials
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and fellow employees
  • Ability to apply discretion and appropriate security measures in handling confidential information
  • Ability to adjust to fluctuating workloads and priorities
