Job Title: Territory Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Account Executive to join our team at The Pack Labs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in Florida.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success in the hemp and cannabinoid industry, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with retail partners. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, educating customers on our product offerings, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with retail partners, including managers and other key decision-makers.
  • Educate customers on our product offerings, including Delta Munchies and Imperial Extraction.
  • Organize and attend trade shows, pop-ups, and other promotional events to strengthen brand visibility and sales efforts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory compliance to adapt strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and report on sales progress.
  • Efficiently manage travel and scheduling throughout Florida to optimize sales opportunities and customer relationships.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the hemp and cannabinoid industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a strong ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and comfortable with Google Workspace or MS Office.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel extensively within the region.
What We Offer:
  • Base Salary of $48,000 - $58,000 plus uncapped commission.
  • On-target earnings (OTE) between $90,000 and $125,000 in the first year.
