About the Job:

The Nursing Support Professional will work closely with a Licensed/Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care and support to patients in their daily activities. You will be responsible for assisting with personal care, mobility, and other essential tasks that promote independence and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
  • Support patients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Assist with grooming, bathing, and dressing
  • Help patients with meals and snacks
  • Monitor and report any changes or concerns regarding patients' health

Requirements:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical stamina to perform duties requiring standing, walking, and lifting
