Job Summary:

InsideHigherEd is seeking a full-time teaching position for a psychology instructor. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching day, evening, and/or online classes, as well as developing and implementing curriculum based on the ACGM learning outcomes and the Core Curriculum outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality and innovative instruction to students in the General Education and Developmental Studies Department.
  • Advise students and develop academic courses.
  • Recruit for the General Education and Developmental Studies Department.
  • Establish effective working relationships with others.
  • Maintain current knowledge and expertise in the subject area of teaching responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of eighteen (18) graduate hours of Psychology (PSYC) courses.
  • Teaching experience in a two-year college or university.
