As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment. Your duties will include scraping, rinsing, and loading dishes and utensils into the dish machine, washing and sanitizing all pans, utensils, and dishes, and ensuring all areas of the kitchen, food prep, and food storage areas are clean and properly sanitized. You will also be responsible for emptying trash containers regularly and maintaining all areas to health code standard.
