**Job Overview:**

L3Harris is a leading provider of advanced technology solutions for defense and commercial markets. As a Technical Project Leader, you will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams in developing innovative product solutions.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $106,500 - $197,500 per year, based on experience and location.

**Job Responsibilities:

  • Program Planning, Guidance and Execution: Work with program management and technical teams to develop the program execution schedule and monitor progress.
  • Bid & Proposal Support: Coordinate the Engineering proposal content by identifying Engineering scope and reviewing the bid with the Engineering Leadership team.
  • Customer and Senior Leadership Interaction and Communication: Effectively communicate with external customers and internal senior leadership on program plans, status, and issues.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant engineering experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, including cost and schedule generation and management.
  • Minimum 4 years experience with bids and proposals.
  • Minimum 4 years experience with Earned Value Management System.

**Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Aerospace and Defense industry
  • Experience with government customers
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other leadership functions across the organization
