We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Independence Assistance. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their personal care needs, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and social interaction to alleviate feelings of loneliness
- Transport clients to appointments and engage in activities that promote physical and mental well-being
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to:
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Perform tasks that require physical stamina and dexterity
- Demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care and support
