The Fish Cutter will be responsible for accurately cutting, preparing, and portioning fish, while maintaining high standards of food safety and restaurant cleanliness.

• Cut and prepare fish to exact specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Ensure all dishes meet quality and presentation standards
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve exceptional customer service

• Previous experience as a Fish Cutter or similar role
• Demonstrated expertise in food preparation and presentation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
