Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a highly competitive base salary, which is commensurate with experience. In addition, the position comes with a comprehensive benefits package that includes full benefits, retirement plan options, and a generous sign-on bonus.

Moreover, the CRNA will have access to two weeks of paid time off for continuing medical education (CMEs), accrued paid time off starting at four weeks, and possible relocation assistance. This attractive compensation package reflects the medical center's commitment to attracting top talent and supporting the well-being of its employees.

Work Schedule and Call Requirements

The CRNA will work a regular schedule of 8, 10, or 12-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, with minimal call requirements of three weekends per year. This predictable schedule allows for a healthy work-life balance, ensuring that our CRNA can focus on delivering exceptional patient care without undue stress or fatigue.

Cases and Facility Details

Our esteemed medical center features 27 state-of-the-art operating rooms and two cardiovascular suites, offering a wide range of anesthesia services, including non-OR anesthesia and OR anesthesia. The facility holds a Level III trauma designation, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care in emergency situations.

Medical Direction and EMR System

The CRNA will be supported by a dedicated medical director, who provides expert guidance and oversight. Our electronic medical record (EMR) system, Epic, streamlines clinical documentation, facilitating seamless communication and data sharing among healthcare professionals.

Board Certification and Professional Development

As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, we require board certification as a condition of employment.
