At Biolife Plasma Services, we are committed to transforming patient care through the development of novel specialty pharmaceuticals and best-in-class patient support programs.
We are seeking a highly skilled Plasma Donor Screener to join our team. As a Plasma Donor Screener, you will be responsible for performing phlebotomy to support plasma center operations, answering phones, and greeting and focusing on our donors while ensuring the safety of donors and our team.
You will also be responsible for identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiating changes to center processes using company-approved procedures.
As a Plasma Donor Screener, you will work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays. You will be required to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift, work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and occasionally lift materials up to 32 lbs.
We offer a competitive starting hourly wage, which reflects the actual starting rate for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
As a Plasma Donor Screener, you will be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
