Manufacturing Supervisor

Lockheed Martin's Archbald facility is a leading manufacturer of electronic assemblies, machined and welded parts, and safety-critical systems for defense and commercial applications. As a Supervisor of Electro/Mechanical Assembly, you will be responsible for managing a team to meet Quality, Schedule, and Cost targets for multiple programs. Prior experience in a similar manufacturing environment is required. Conflict resolution skills and the ability to build respectful and trusting working relationships are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing organization and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes. Some engineering work will be required, including updating work instructions and improving existing work cells.

• Manage a team of electro/mechanical assembly technicians
• Meet Quality, Schedule, and Cost targets for multiple programs
• Develop and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency
• Provide guidance and training to team members

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent related experience
• Prior leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques
• Microsoft office suite knowledge and skills
• Ability to track and manage cost, quality, and schedule in a manufacturing environment
