Meat Clerk

We offer a competitive salary for this position, estimated at $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This figure is based on industry standards and market rates for similar positions in USA-CT-Madison.

As a meat clerk at Stop & Shop, you will be responsible for selecting the best cuts for customers and assisting them in finding what they need. Your duties will include stocking and maintaining display cases, helping our meat cutters weigh, prepare, label, and package products. You may also be asked to assist in other areas as needed to ensure the smooth operation of your store.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is highly desirable.
