Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Guitar Technician to join our team. As a key member of our repair services department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments. Your expertise will help ensure that our customers receive exceptional value and satisfaction from their musical experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair customer-owned guitars with precision and attention to detailCollaborate with colleagues to achieve seamless service delivery and meet sales targetsStay up-to-date with new products, technologies, and industry trends to provide informed guidance to customersDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyaltyContribute to the growth and development of the repair services team through training and mentorship

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in guitar repair and maintenanceStrong understanding of instrument electronics and mechanicsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with Guitar Center products and services
