About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee and coordinate third-party sub-contracts for essential services at our large facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, verifying work, and collaborating closely with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage procurement process from pre-qualification to contract award
  • Coordinate with Facility Managers, Schedulers, and Finance Manager to ensure all work is properly scheduled and supports daily operations
  • Monitor contract reporting and compliance, quality performance, and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with GM-WTC FAM and LFMRs to anticipate developments in client policies and standards
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facility Management or related curriculum, and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant technical experience as a Facility Manager, Contracts Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Planner/Scheduler, or assistant in a large facilities organization.

Certification by recognized professional bodies is preferred, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders is essential.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is approximately $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, Aramark offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
