Procurement Manager for Large Facilities

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee and coordinate third-party sub-contracts for essential services at our large facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, verifying work, and collaborating closely with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage procurement process from pre-qualification to contract award
- Coordinate with Facility Managers, Schedulers, and Finance Manager to ensure all work is properly scheduled and supports daily operations
- Monitor contract reporting and compliance, quality performance, and customer satisfaction
- Communicate with GM-WTC FAM and LFMRs to anticipate developments in client policies and standards
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facility Management or related curriculum, and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant technical experience as a Facility Manager, Contracts Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Planner/Scheduler, or assistant in a large facilities organization.
Certification by recognized professional bodies is preferred, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders is essential.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is approximately $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, Aramark offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
