As a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Coordinator in our Intensive Care Unit, you will play a key role in supporting the department director/manager by coordinating clinical and department activities. You will ensure that care is delivered to each patient in accordance with quality standards, act as a liaison between physicians and patient care teams, and maintain communication and promote cooperation with unit staff and other departments.

Key responsibilities include:

* Acting as a liaison between physicians and patient care teams
* Maintaining communication and promoting cooperation with unit staff and other departments

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also provide input and recommendations to the director/manager on coaching, mentoring, and performance management of associates. You will promote the optimal health, well-being, and safety of patients through the use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act.

Our Intensive Care Unit at Holy Cross Hospital – Jordan Valley West is a culture of learning, teaching, and collaboration. We have a 1:2 nurse to patient ratio and 10 beds to care for patients with STEMIs, sepsis, balloon pump, impellas, post cardiac arrest hypothermia, DKAs, GI bleeds, as well as medical and surgical ICU and overflow from other inpatient units. We thrive on teamwork and genuinely care about each other's patients.
