Commercial Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in the Dallas area. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing processes and practices that leverage business intelligence into enhanced business performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other functional groups to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth.
- Manage opportunities through Salesforce to provide visibility of sales efforts to management.
- Develop contacts and prospects to ensure long-term profitability for Monarch and its customers.
- Generate job estimates/bid proposals, including scope of work, accurate site boundaries and measurements, and estimate of labor and materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Horticulture.
- At least 5 years related work experience.
- At least 3 years B2B sales experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
