Job Title: Registered Nurse - Long Term Care

Fusion Medical Staffing-Long Term Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team for a travel assignment in a Long Term Care setting.

About the Job

This is a 13-week travel assignment in Spring Grove, MN, where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients. As a Registered Nurse in this Long Term Care setting, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Monitor and evaluates patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit
  • Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
  • Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
  • Transports patients as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • One to three years experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Other certifications may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
  • Ability to follow verbal instructions
  • PC skills
