Community-Oriented Pediatric Dentist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Lead Pediatric Dentist to join our community-oriented dental team at Pippin Dental & Braces, a Benevis company. This role offers a unique chance to provide high-quality dental care to underserved communities, primarily focusing on children aged 3 to 21.

About the Role:

  • As a Lead Pediatric Dentist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental services to patients while supporting your team in achieving exceptional patient outcomes.
  • You will work closely with your team to promote a positive image of the company and engage in community-building activities that enhance our reputation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality dental services to patients, including routine check-ups, fillings, extractions, and other necessary treatments.
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure seamless office flow, manage patient schedules, and maintain accurate records.
  • Promote oral health education and preventive measures to patients and their families.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • A DDS/DMD degree from a Commission on Dental Accreditation-accredited program.
  • A current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (if required by state).
  • CPR, DEA, and other certifications as necessary.
  • Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.

  • Guaranteed base pay exceeding $200,000 with uncapped earning potential.
