We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney to join our team at Diedre Moire Corp. As a key member of our corporate law team, you will be responsible for developing insurance solutions that address the exposures of companies and individuals involved in Corporate Mergers and Acquisition Transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance and development of relationships with M&A source producers such as brokers, lawyers, and private equity fund principals.
- Drafting of legal and commercial documents, including preparation and review of deal documents.
- Analysis of Tax Structuring.
- Providing expert support to the underwriting of transaction risk, representation & warranty, tax liability, and contingent liability insurance.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5-10 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Law.
- Fortune 500 benefits package.
