Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to drive the successful completion of software projects by leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management within a software development environment, excellent communication skills, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against them.
  • Closely collaborate with product, developers, designers, and QA teams to define project requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues that could impact project success.
  • Facilitate team meetings, retrospective reviews, and status updates to keep the projects on track.
  • Review and maintain project documentation in Linear, ensuring all stakeholders have visibility on project progress.
  • Continuously improve project workflows and processes to optimize team productivity and quality.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience managing software development projects, preferably in an Agile or hybrid environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Linear, Jira, Slack, Miro, Figma).
  • A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
