The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales, account management, and customer satisfaction for a five-state territory. They will build relationships to grow new and repeat business, achieve profitable sales growth goals, be proactive with portfolio management, and represent client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to close
  • Work closely with leadership to create and implement sales strategies
  • Determine market potential in assigned territory - ensure results are achieved by assessing pipeline, forecast, and quota
  • Pre-call planning process, call execution, presentations, and follow-up
  • Utilize sales tools to manage sales against forecast
  • Uncover additional revenue and opportunities in current accounts
  • Facilitate customer contract renewals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Create, prepare, and deliver customer business reviews
  • Coordinate with internal and external contacts to manage projects
  • Understand the clinical, financial, and regulatory challenges of customers
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
