Physician Benefits

About the Job
You will provide patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers through an Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model. This exciting opportunity allows you to have a smaller panel, spend more time with patients, and enjoy a capitated-fee environment without financial risk.
Our Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model offers:
- Enhanced Relationships: Patient panels are limited to 800-1000 patients, allowing for individualized care and longer appointment times.
- Aligned Incentives: Our providers focus on improving health outcomes, driving patient engagement, and creating a positive service experience.
- Focus on Preventive Care: We facilitate an environment that enables providers to proactively work with patients to prevent diseases and injuries.
- Flexible Practice Approach with Improved Quality of Life: Our providers enjoy an insurance-free work environment, reducing paperwork and increasing time for patient care.
- Improved Medical Model: We utilize electronic medical records and rigorous population management tools to deliver state-of-the-art care.
- Collaborative Oversight: Our physicians demonstrate a commitment to interdisciplinary teamwork and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers.

Pay Range
$200,000-$250,000 per year, depending on geographic location and candidate's years of experience and/or skill level. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive.

Experience/Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency with professional experience in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics. Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; Active state license required; DEA preferred. CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date.
