Job Description



CoStar Realty Information, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our Commercial Real Estate Lending team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing relationships with our CRE Lender clients and prospects, driving sales of our SaaS and data services, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.



Responsibilities




  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the commercial real estate lending sector
  • Drive sales of our SaaS and data services, as well as information services tailored to financial institutions
  • Travel to client and prospect sites within your regional territory to foster strong partnerships and deliver exceptional service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Collaborate with field sales teams to assist in achieving team goals with local offices
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning to meet and exceed sales targets


Qualifications




  • Candidates must have a track record of success in sales roles selling SaaS and/or Data solutions to banks and financial institutions
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited/not for profit University or College
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers
  • Candidates must be willing and able to travel to client and prospect locations on a regular basis
  • Candidates must be experienced with sales processes, comfortable with diagnostic selling, and committed to delivering solutions to our clients and prospects
  • Candidates must be proactive, curious, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidates must complete a background check including driving record
