Role Summary

Northland seeks an experienced Leasing Consultant to deliver exceptional customer experiences for residents and prospects. Key responsibilities include apartment leasing, touring potential residents, retaining current residents, and community-focused marketing efforts.

The successful candidate will manage incoming and outgoing calls, multitask to balance walk-ins and scheduled appointments, and support the onsite team as needed.

To ensure a top-tier experience for residents, Northland's leasing team maintains high levels of professionalism and customer service when interacting with residents, vendors, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apartment Leasing and Touring: Showcase our community features to prospective residents, highlighting the benefits of living at Bigelow Commons.
  • Resident Retention: Foster strong relationships with current residents, addressing concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Community Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to attract new residents, enhance our online presence, and promote our community events.
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, residents, and vendors.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits
