Nurse Practitioner

Healthcare Staffing Plus is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a per diem RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals and provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements:
Active unencumbered RN Oklahoma state license.
Minimum of two years of current RN Emergency Room experience.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving expertise.
Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
