We are seeking a talented Baker to join our team at Target, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and producing high-quality bakery products.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a skilled baker who is passionate about creating delicious treats and providing outstanding customer service. As a Baker at Target, you will be responsible for preparing and displaying a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and other sweet and savory items.

$16.00 per hour (estimated annual salary: $33,280)

• Demonstrate expertise in baking and decorating techniques to produce high-quality products
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Provide exceptional guest service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store appearance
• Follow established recipes and production schedules to meet demand and ensure timely delivery of products

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Previous baking experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
