About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dialysis Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a vital role in providing life-saving dialysis treatments to patients in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dialysis treatments to patients in a safe and effective manner
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Administer medications and perform other medical procedures as needed
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Desire to enter the healthcare field and care for others
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles
  • Physical and mental ability to work long hours
