Financial Manager

Seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead our accounting team in the Real Estate and Investment Management industry. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility to work from both remotely and on-site.
Responsibilities:- Manage the financial close process to ensure accurate and timely results.
- Oversee investor capital accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of accounting operations.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and make recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax filings and reporting requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting management role, preferably in the Mortgage industry.
- Strong knowledge of foreign exchange entries and financial close procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
