Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate at PVH Corp., you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. Your primary responsibility will be to sell and promote Tommy Hilfiger merchandise through the execution of the TH Customer Service Standards. You will also perform various operational activities as assigned by Store Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide TH Customer Service to company standard
Maintain a visually distinctive and well-maintained store appearance
Minimize shortages through proper loss prevention procedures
Demonstrate awareness of store sales plans and results
Follow all operational policies and procedures

Customer Service Responsibilities:

Generate maximum sales potential in accordance with the TH Customer Service standards
Build a repeat customer base through excellent service
Maintain strong knowledge of product, promotions, and special events to communicate effectively with customers

Personal Qualities:

Represent the TH image through personal and professional appearance
Demonstrate professional image and conduct
Be flexible to work rotating hours, as assigned by management

Operational Responsibilities:

Adhere to Policies and Procedures
Observe sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention and advise management of any unusual activity
Execute Opening and Closing checklist duties as directed by store management

Merchandising & Visual Responsibilities:

Ensure consistent and accurate replenishment of product onto the sales floor
Comply with visual presentation standards
Execute markdowns and re-merchandise, as needed
