As a Physical Therapy Technician at Team Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients' recovery objectives and improving their well-being. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and comforting patients to prepare them for their physical therapy sessions
  • Providing excellent customer service skills and encouragement when appropriate
  • Following the plan of care established for the patient by the therapist
  • Assisting therapists with non-clinical tasks and accommodating patients' needs
  • Educating patients about equipment usage and safety
  • Assisting patients with light exercises and strengthening techniques
  • Applying therapeutic modalities, such as heat/ice packs and electrical stimulation
  • Ensuring 360-degree communication with patients, physicians, and staff members
  • Maintaining a pleasant and professional relationship with patients and fellow staff
  • Preparing and keeping treatment areas clean and organized
  • Complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Maintaining a solid level of productivity and observing patient progress

As a Physical Therapy Technician, you will report to the clinic director and perform additional tasks assigned by them. Qualifications
  • No required education or experience necessary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
