We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Director to lead our kitchen team at Crystal Springs Services. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement menus that showcase local ingredients and seasonal flavors
• Manage kitchen staff, including training, development, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events and catering services
• Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
• Proven track record of menu development and implementation
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience
