Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Almost Heaven GC, LLC dba Golden Corral. As a key member of our food production team, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts.

• Prepare hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts to meet production needs.
• Ensure that all products in the bakery are fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and hot when appropriate.
• Maintain quality by preparing all products following Golden Corral recipes and standards.
• Follow the Bakery and Dessert Caf Production Guide to ensure compliance with quality and shelf life standards.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow recipes and production guides.
