We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at RestoPros of Tulsa. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives
  • Build and maintain a strong network of referral sources, including existing and new contacts
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets and development goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the water mitigation or restoration industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven sales strategies
