We are seeking a detail-oriented Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at the University of Miami. This is a full-time position that requires a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Role

This position will involve providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, including assisting patients with daily living activities and monitoring their vital signs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant and be familiar with nursing practices and procedures. A strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Requirements:

  • Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a CNA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
