Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Patient Experience Manager to lead our front desk team in delivering exceptional patient care services. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for organizing and directing the work of our front desk staff, ensuring effective patient care services are provided, and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead a team of Care Facilitators and other front desk staff, setting performance goals, developing top talent, and implementing progressive improvements when needed.
- Engagement and Development: Instill ChenMed values and behaviors, build a strong culture, promote team member retention, provide clear onboarding expectations, and facilitate coaching and leadership rounding with front desk team members.
- Operational Excellence: Consistently execute the core model, follow Center Playbook procedures, and maintain focus on patient retention and positive customer experience.
- Scheduling Optimization: Adhere to enterprise scheduling templates, ensure patients are assigned and scheduled, and partner with growth teams to optimize scheduling.
As a Patient Experience Manager, you'll also be responsible for ensuring OSHA, clinical, and quality standards are met, serving as a primary contributor in hiring and selection of front desk staff, and supporting PCP scheduling by ensuring appropriate blocks are in place and double/over/under booking does not occur.
Requirements- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years' work experience in a medical facility required; BLS for Healthcare Providers certification desired.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, good knowledge of general Operations standards, excellent critical reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills, attention to details, leadership, training, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Languages: Spoken and written fluency in English.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year. This salary is based on industry standards and the level of expertise required for this role.
