About the Job

This is a highly rewarding position for skilled Tridion developers who can work independently with minimal supervision to achieve management-set goals. Your primary responsibility will be designing and developing components and pages for applications using SDL Tridion (including Schemas, TBBs, PT, CT, etc.).

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Definition: Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define the scope of work.
  • Component Development: Design and develop high-quality components and pages for applications using SDL Tridion.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure work meets the team's quality standards.
  • Change Management: Adhere to and assist in the enhancement of change management processes.
  • Independent Work: Work with minimal supervision to achieve management-set goals.
  • Documentation: Maintain quality documentation and follow defined development processes.
  • Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews for team members.
  • Customer Support: Provide customer and production support.
Required Skills
  • Strong Full-Stack Development: Proficiency in full-stack development skills with SDL Tridion 9.5.
  • SDL Tridion Expertise: Proficiency with Tridion, BluePrint, Event System, etc.
  • AWS Experience: Experience with AWS.
  • Frontend Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for application development.
  • RESTful APIs: Proficiency with RESTful web services.
  • Automation Testing: Proficiency with automation test frameworks.
  • Log Monitoring: Proficiency with log monitoring tools.
  • Object-Oriented Design: Understanding of Object-Oriented design and ability to navigate large web applications.
  • Software Configuration Management: Experience with software configuration management tools such as Git, Jenkins, and uDeploy.
  • Problem-Solving and Teamwork: Strong problem-solving skills and excellent teamwork abilities.
  • Technical Documentation: Ability to write systems and technical design documentation.
  • Task Ownership: Ability to take full ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Self-Motivation: Passionate, self-motivated, and able to learn quickly and independently.
  • Team Player: Strong team player.
Desirable Skills
  • DevOps Experience: Hands-on experience with DevOps is a valuable plus.
  • Global Team Experience: Experience working in a globally distributed team is a valuable plus.
