Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual medical office assistant to join our team at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Provide bilingual support to patients and staff, ensuring seamless communication and care.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, correspondence, and telephone calls with ease and efficiency.
  • Offer friendly and courteous assistance to every customer, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the smooth flow of patients through the practice.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest medical and administrative practices.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years' work experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to pass a designated language assessment.
