As a Service Truck Based Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our customer account leadership team, driving profitability and productivity of the team, managing customer relationship development and satisfaction, and ensuring employee development and retention and safety program compliance. You will set and monitor goals for customer account gross margin delivery and profitability, drive labor and materials growth through technicians and team leads, and ensure consistency of delivery systems through supervision and audits of technicians, customer service agents, and others who are part of the service delivery process.

To succeed in this role, you will need three or more years of management experience in a similar service deliverable environment, strong ability to prioritize work activities for the team, scheduling, and lead a diverse team, strong interpersonal, customer service, negotiating skills, demonstrated competence in writing and verbal communication skills, basic financial accounting experience, and demonstrated proficiency in MS office products and basic Windows environment.

Our ideal candidate will have a diploma in Electronic or Mechanical Systems, two years prior experience in the HVAC or building controls industry, and five or more years in a service management role directing a similar service deliverable team.
