Tasca Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive experience for our customers.

The Customer Service Representative will work closely with the Customer Relations Manager to ensure that all customer concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. The role will also involve data entry, filing documents, and working with shipping companies and dealerships.

The schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with flexibility to accommodate the needs of the team. The salary for this position is $16.00 per hour.

Requirements for this role include:

  • 1 year of experience in customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
