Job Summary

Prepare and serve food to customers at the grill station, adhering to federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high-quality food service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation.
  • Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner, following established steps of service.
  • Use approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
  • Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator, following established safety standards.
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met.
  • Resolve customer concerns and report relevant information to supervisors.
