Clinical Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary
Deaconess is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in a medical clinic setting. As a LPN, you will play a critical role in providing direct or indirect care to patients who present with urgent, emergent or potential health problems, as well as preventive care.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing general patient care and assistance with procedures
- Documenting activities and patient/family education
- Utilizing established principles and ethical standards, as well as policies and procedures established by Deaconess
Requirements
Graduation from an accredited nursing program required. Experience preferred but not required. Current certification/license from one of the following:
- Active LPN license in state of employment
- CPR provider certification required
