Digital Solutions Engineering Lead Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of PacifiCorp's technology landscape and strategic direction.
- Design, implement, and lead the development of digital solutions across various business units, aligning with enterprise architecture principles and standards.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities, and prioritize projects to drive business growth and improvement.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to ensure effective solution delivery, focusing on quality, security, and compliance.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance PacifiCorp's digital capabilities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience (typically eight years).
- A minimum of six years of experience in IT solution development, including technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management, or operations.
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages, integration models, and application security.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams towards shared goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
What We Offer:
PacifiCorp provides a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $133,000 - $156,500, along with a bonus structure, health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, tuition assistance, short-term and long-term disability, bereavement leave, and more.
