Clinical Supervisor for Intensive Mobile Treatment

Job Description:

  • Provide clinical supervision and training to 9 staff members
  • Ensure high fidelity in program operations in accordance with IMT Scope of Services
  • Develop and monitor the program budget for fiscal viability
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes
  • Deliver services in a strengths-based, recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive manner

Requirements:

  • Active New York State license as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
  • At least two years of experience working with adults who have mental health needs, substance use disorders, trauma, homelessness, frequent hospitalizations, and criminal justice involvement
  • At least two years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting
  • Previous experience using an electronic health record system, Footholds AWARDS
