Job Description

As a key member of the MILFORD HOSPITALITY GROUP team, the Restaurant Ambassador plays a vital role in ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests as they arrive and make them feel welcome and valued.
  • Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists to minimize guest wait times.
  • Manage reservations and coordinate with wait staff to ensure seamless table assignments.
  • Escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Greet customers upon their departure and thank them for choosing MILFORD HOSPITALITY GROUP.
  • Coordinate with wait staff to provide exceptional service and ensure guests' needs are met.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, reflecting the high standards of the restaurant.
  • Cater to guests who require extra attention, such as children or elderly guests, and provide personalized service.
  • Answer incoming calls and address customers' queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist wait staff as needed to ensure the highest level of service.
