Aeronautical Outreach Coordinator

At California Aeronautical University, we are seeking an experienced and driven Aeronautical Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our outreach department, you will play a vital role in promoting the advantages of attending our university and fostering positive relationships with prospective students, high schools, and the aviation community.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Responsibilities- Recruitment and Outreach: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent from high schools and aviation-related events.
- Presentation and Communication: Conduct presentations and engage with prospective students, staff, and community members to promote our university's programs and services.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and participate in events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our university's offerings and build relationships with industry partners.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of experience in event planning, training, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
