About the job Data Entry Specialist - Remote
This position provides ongoing support to our customers.
The ideal candidate will perform data entry and clerical work requiring the application of various work strategies and procedures, as well as knowledge of plan features, services, plans, and practices.
The candidate will serve as the first point of contact by phone or in person, to assist customers who require a range of support services.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound client calls, send follow-up emails to clients, and address general inquiries
- Update and maintain customer call database, including updating and following up on customer service logs and all customer profile pages
- Provide management assistance; create/update profile pages
- Submit, access information, and produce documents
- Produce and update customer service issue tickets
- Assist in planning all correspondence related to the customer support process and handle unique management tasks, including spillover work from teams, such as word-processing, data entry, and web analysis tasks
- Manage the company's lobby location: Greet and administer all visitors, vendors, customers, job applicants, and clients. Direct and seat all guests to their selected offices and conference room and notify employees of their arrival/appointment
- General office tasks include but are not limited to submitting, information access, spreadsheet/report servicing, mailings, and job duties
- Conduct inventory checks
Requirements:
- MS Office Suite proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confirmed ability to follow directions and company policies to conduct essential job functions
Shown analytical potential
- Enthusiastic and focused with the ability to multi-task and prioritize requests
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required
- Problem-solving skills; motivated, focused, and able to multitask
- Possess the ability to work with minimal supervision and resolve internal issues
