Nuclear Medicine Imaging Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality images of the body using radioactive isotopes and a camera. This role requires a strong understanding of nuclear medicine principles and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and administer radioactive isotopes for diagnostic studies
- Detect and map radiopharmaceuticals in patient bodies using a camera
- Provide patient-centered care and ensure the safety of patients during procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program (ARRT or NMTCB)
- BLS certification (may be obtained upon hire)
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT)
- CT Registry/Certified with SpectCT experience
Working Conditions:
This position requires the ability to work in a low-oxygen environment (8k elevation) and travel to various locations. Housing options are available in surrounding towns, and a housing budget of $/***/month is recommended.
