Job Summary

WEG Transformers USA is seeking a skilled Warranty Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer support group, you will be responsible for addressing customer-reported issues with our transformers and ensuring post-sale satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate daily with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate warranty concerns from plants in the US and Mexico.
  • Log and track customer complaints in a database until resolution.
  • Analyze transformer issues to determine causes and solutions.
  • Communicate with contractors about transformer issues and schedule repairs.
  • Write purchase requests/orders and coordinate repair schedules with manufacturing.
Requirements
  • A two-year degree in electrical or mechanical engineering technology or similar course of study.
  • Thorough knowledge of transformers and their applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and passion for customer service.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Washington, MO location preferred.
